IGAD Climate Prediction & Applications Centre seeks to invite request for quotation from qualified supplies for the supply of laptops and desktop computers. The bid must contain a technical offer and a financial offer. Bids to be sent Electronically to the Email: procurement@icpac.net before the 16th of December 2024.

Separate technical and financial proposal and the Financial proposal should be password protected.

Financial proposal submitted with no password protection will lead to automatic disqualification.

Request for the password for the financial offer will be through official email – procurement@icpac.net

The tenders will be evaluated according to the Information provided in the tender application form and evaluation of specification provided against ICPAC specification. No other criteria shall be used.

Evaluation will be done according to LOTS. Each LOT will be evaluated and awarded separately. A bidder can bid for a single or multiple lots.
