IGAD Climate Prediction and Applications Centre (the “Client”) through the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of Emergency Locust Response Project (ELRP) now invites eligible consulting individuals (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the training services (“the Services”) that include Support for ICPAC in Training IGAD Member States Plant Protection Experts in Pests Monitoring Using Traps and Pheromones.

Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. Experience in similar assignments: experience in similar environment and professional qualification to perform the tasks. Interested individuals must provide information indicating that they are qualified to perform the services (attach detailed curriculum vitae (CV), copies of documentary evidence of academic qualifications, professional qualifications, and registration/licensing with professional bodies (as applicable).
