The 5th Sub-Regional Climate Outlook Forum (Sub-COF5) was held on 10–12 February 2026 in Moyale, Ethiopia, focusing on the Marsabit–Borana cross-border region (IGAD Cluster II). Convened by ICPAC in collaboration with regional and national partners, the forum translated the March–May 2026 seasonal forecast into locally relevant guidance to support early warning, anticipatory action, and sectoral planning across climate-sensitive sectors.
