GHACOF68: Early Warning for Mitigation of Climate Risks
IGAD Climate Prediction and Applications Centre (ICPAC), in collaboration with partners, is organizing the 68th Greater Horn of Africa Climate Outlook Forum (GHACOF 68) for the October to December (OND) 2024 season from 19th to 20th August 2024 in Nairobi, Kenya.
The forum's theme will be: "Early Warning for Mitigation of Climate Risks"
The event will take place in a hybrid format, accommodating both in-person attendance and virtual participation on Zoom and will be held within the framework of IGAD’s Regional Strategy for Mainstreaming Climate Services in Key socio-economic sectors for sustainable development.
