Participatory Integrated Climate Services for Agriculture (PICSA) Training-RInstat Training
The training aimed at enhancing the capacity of NMHS staff to produce simplified PICSA maps, Strengthen capacity of sub-national NMHS staff to use RInstat and CLIMSOFT. Participants included sub-national NMHS staff of Ethiopia, Uganda and Kenya and ICPAC staff.
