RLACC Participatory Scenario Planning
The objective of the workshop is to strengthen the capacity of stakeholders in enabling access to, collective interpretation and understanding of seasonal climate forecasts and associated uncertainty into locally relevant information that is useful for agricultural decision making. Each day will focus on generating advisories for the October to December (OND) Season for each project site in Somaliland, Puntland, Galmudug and Hirshabele on 7th to 10th respectively.
