- Usual conditions likely over much of eastern Tanzania, southern Kenya, south-western Ethiopia, southern parts of South Sudan, northern Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, and northern areas of Sudan.
- Cooler than usual conditions likely over western Tanzania, western Kenya, eastern Uganda, central Somalia, central and north-western Ethiopia, and much of Sudan.
- Wetter than usual conditions are expected over Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, Kenya, eastern Uganda, parts of southern and south-eastern Ethiopia, and isolated areas in Somalia and South Sudan.
- Usual conditions likely over much of South Sudan, Ethiopia, and areas in western Uganda.
