Average conditions likely to be recorded over much of south-eastern Ethiopia, central and western South Sudan, and part of southern Tanzania.
Wetter than usual conditions likely to be recorded over parts of north-eastern Somalia, south-eastern Ethiopia, and southern South Sudan.
