High daily-mean temperatures above 30̊C expected in much of South Sudan, northwestern and Eastern Kenya, southwestern Somalia, parts of southeast Ethiopia and southern parts of Sudan.
Moderate daily-mean temperatures between 20-30 ̊C expected in much of Sudan, Uganda, Tanzania, southern and western Kenya, northern Somalia, Djibouti, Eritrea and parts of eastern and northern Ethiopia.
Low daily-mean temperatures less than 18 ̊C expected in central Ethiopia, parts of central and western Kenya, isolated regions in Rwanda, Burundi, Tanzania, Eritrea and Somalia.

Heavy rainfall above 200 mm expected in some regions of southeastern, northern and western Tanzania; and western Burundi.
Moderate rainfall between 50-200 mm expected in much of Tanzania, Rwanda, Burundi, central Kenya, much of Uganda, northwestern Somalia and central Ethiopia.
Light rainfall less than 50 mm expected in South Sudan, north-east Somalia, regions along the coast of Djibouti and Eritrea.
Dry conditions expected in Sudan, northern South Sudan, northern Ethiopia, much of Eritrea and western Djibouti.
