IFRAH is seeking to engage the services of a qualified consultants to help IGAD to carry out the tasks of studying the viability of forming pastoralist cooperatives and the feasibility of group-based risk transfer mechanisms against drought impact and related production losses, in the context of cross-border dynamics and pastoralist mobility in the IGAD region.
