IGAD Climate Prediction and Applications Centre (ICPAC) through the Project Implementation Unit (PIU) of Emergency Locust Response Project (ELRP) invites eligible individual consultants (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the services to Support ICPAC in Methodology Development and Validation of a Criteria to Establish and Determine Different States of Desert Locusts Outbreak, the assignment is expected to take Ninety (90) calendar days.
