ICPAC/IFRAH seeks to recruit a consultant to develop an online platform that will serve as a communication tool for community of practice (CoP) members as well as partners and stakeholders of the Risk Transfer and Micro-insurance initiatives in the IGAD region. The online platform will serve as a communication tool between members of the CoP on Risk Transfer and Micro-insurance and other partners working on similar initiatives within the IGAD region both in the private and public sectors.
