IGAD Climate Prediction & Applications Centre is looking for a supplier to offer Bulk SMS for ICPAC-HUSIKA To Cover 2-Year Communication From ICPAC. ICPAC already has sender ID for Djibouti, Kenya and Uganda. with each Country has to have alteast 690,000 SMS

The bid must contain a technical offer and a financial offer and the bids to be sent Electronically to the email: procurement@icpac.net before the 21st February 2025 by 5:00 P.M..

Separate technical and financial proposal. Submit quote in Kenya Shillings/US Dollars.

Financial proposal should be password protected.

Financial proposal submitted with no password protection will lead to automatic disqualification.
