ICPAC is seeking to acquire the IT equipment and is looking for suppliers who meet the required qualification to submit the quotes for the equipment in the request for quotation.

The bit to be sent electronically to the address: procurement@icpac.net by end of working day 12th May 2025.

The bid should include separate technical and financial proposal and the financial proposal should be password protected. Financial proposal with no password will lead to automatic disqualification.

The equipment are:

• LOT 1: GPU Desktop (Lambda Vector Desktop) 2 NVDIA RTX 4090 with 24GB GDDR6X
• LOT 2: professional grade laptops
• LOT 3: Printer
• LOT 4: RAM sticks DDR4 64GB*6 sticks for desktop
• LOT 5: Energy cost/ UPS for GPU desktop

Each lot will be evaluated and awarded separately
