The Director of ICPAC invites sealed bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and Delivery of IT Equipment.

Bidding will be conducted through an Open National Competitive Bidding procedures specified in the IGAD Procurement dated 2016 and is open to all bidders as defined in the Regulations.
Bids must be delivered by e-mail or to the address below by 12thJune 2020 at 10:00am East African Time.
Bid validity period of 120 days from bid submission date.
Bids will be opened in the presence of bidders’ representatives or using electronic means as the current COVID-19 social distancing may permit at 11:00 am East African Time on 12th June, 2020 at the offices of:
