Intra ACP Stakeholder Prioritisation Workshop for Kenya
Workshop Objectives:
- To review each sector’s list of stakeholders with a view to adding new stakeholders complete with name & contact (email and phone number).
- To place each sectors’ stakeholders in each quadrant based on their level of interest and power (authority) they possess and how the two can impact on Intra ACP Project.
- To rank stakeholders in each sector based on order of importance.
