ICPAC is procuring borehole drilling services for the ICPAC offices in Kibiko, Ngong. In order to present the offer on the form and the content required, bidders should follow carefully the Tender Documents.

• Separate technical and financial proposal (KES). Financial proposal MUST be password protected.
• Financial proposal submitted with no password protection will lead to automatic disqualification.

The bid must contain a technical offer and a financial offer. Bids MUST be sent Electronically. Hardcopy submissions will not be accepted. The bids should be sent to Email: procurement@icpac.net before the deadline for submission as indicated above
