Rainfall
Moderate to heavy rainfall of over 200 mm was observed in a western and southwestern parts of Tanzania.
Moderate rainfall between 100 - 200 mm observed in southern parts of Burundi and in northwestern, central and southeastern Tanzania.
Light rainfall between 10 - 100 mm observed in a few areas in northern coast and central Eritrea, in parts of northeastern and southeastern Ethiopia, in southern parts of Uganda, in western and southern parts of Kenya, in several parts of Rwanda, in northern Burundi, and in northern parts of Tanzania
Dry conditions (usual during this time of the year) in much of Sudan, South Sudan, in several parts of Eritrea, Djibouti, Ethiopia, Somalia, in northern Uganda, and in northern eastern and central parts of Kenya.
Drier than usual and much drier than usual conditions observed in several parts of Eritrea, Ethiopia, southern parts of South Sudan, in Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, and in northern parts of Tanzania.
No rainfall Conditions was observed in much of Sudan, South Sudan, southwestern Eritrea, in northeastern and eastern Ethiopia, in much of Somalia, and in northeastern and northwestern Kenya.
