Senior Management is committed to ensuring that all allegations are reported through accessible and confidential channels, assessed objectively, investigated appropriately and addressed through corrective, disciplinary, contractual or legal action where substantiated.
This commitment applies to staff, consultants, contractors, suppliers, implementing partners and all entities involved in ICPAC operations and projects. Whistle-blowers acting in good faith are protected from retaliation. ICPAC is committed to safeguarding public, donor, and climate-finance resources through transparency, accountability, and strong fiduciary controls.
