Rainfall

Moderate to heavy rainfall between 200 - 500 mm was observed in parts of southwestern and southern Ethiopia, in southeastern Uganda, in western, central, eastern and southern coast of Kenya, in southern parts of Somalia, in much of Rwanda and Burundi, in northwestern, eastern and southern parts of Tanzania.
Moderate rainfall between 100 - 200 mm were observed in central and southern parts of Ethiopia, in southwestern and southeastern parts of South Sudan, in much of Uganda, in the southern part of Somalia, in several parts of Kenya, in several parts of eastern western and southern Kenya, and in northern, western, and parts of southern Tanzania.
Light rainfall between 10 - 100 mm observed over southern parts of Sudan, in several parts of Eritrea, Djibouti, in much of northern and central Somalia, in northern, western and eastern Ethiopia, in several parts of South Sudan, in northwestern and parts of eastern Kenya, and in central parts of Tanzania.
Dry conditions (usual during this time of the year) was observed in most of Sudan.

Wetter to much wetter than usual conditions were observed in southern parts of Sudan extending into northern parts of South Sudan, in central and southern parts of Eritrea, in much of Djibouti, in central, northeastern and parts of eastern Ethiopia, in southern Somalia, in northern, eastern and coastal parts of Kenya, in much of Rwanda and Burundi, and in western and northeastern Tanzania.
Usual rainfall conditions observed over several parts of western, southern and eastern Ethiopia, in northern and central Somalia, in much of the rest of South Sudan, in several parts of Uganda, in western and central Kenya, and in northern, central and eastern Tanzania.
Drier than usual conditions observed in a few areas in western Eritrea, northeastern Somalia, western and eastern Uganda and in central Tanzania

Moderately wet to severely wet conditions were observed in southern parts of Sudan extending to the northern parts of South Sudan and southeastern South Sudan, in central and southern Eritrea, in Djibouti, Rwanda and Burundi, in in northeastern, central and parts of eastern and southern Ethiopia, in north western and southern Somalia, in northern, eastern and coastal Kenya, and in western, southern and northeastern parts of Tanzania.
Moderately drier than usual to severely dry conditions were observed in a few parts of western Eritrea, northeastern Somalia, in southwestern South Sudan, an din several parts of Uganda..
