Moderate rainfall (200 - 500 mm) observed in several parts of central, southern, and north-eastern Ethiopia, southern Somalia, south-western and south-eastern South Sudan, western, central, eastern, and coastal Kenya, much of Uganda and Rwanda, and in western, northern, central, and eastern Tanzania.
Light rainfall (10 - 200 mm) observed in southern parts of Sudan, much of Eritrea and Djibouti, several parts of northern and central Somalia, northern and central parts of South Sudan, northern, north-western, and eastern parts of Ethiopia, and in north-western and eastern parts of Kenya.
Dry conditions (usual during this time of the year) observed in much of Sudan.
