Moderate to heavy rainfall (500 - 1000 mm) observed over Burundi, south-western Ethiopia, several areas around Lake Victoria, and in north-western, southern, and coastal parts of Tanzania.

Moderate rainfall (200 - 500 mm) observed in several parts of central, southern, and north-eastern Ethiopia, southern Somalia, south-western and south-eastern South Sudan, western, central, eastern, and coastal Kenya, much of Uganda and Rwanda, and in western, northern, central, and eastern Tanzania.

Light rainfall (10 - 200 mm) observed in southern parts of Sudan, much of Eritrea and Djibouti, several parts of northern and central Somalia, northern and central parts of South Sudan, northern, north-western, and eastern parts of Ethiopia, and in north-western and eastern parts of Kenya.

Dry conditions (usual during this time of the year) observed in much of Sudan.

Wetter and much wetter than usual conditions observed in southern parts of Sudan, central and southern Eritrea, much of Djibouti, north-western and southern Somalia, much of central, north-eastern, southern, and eastern Ethiopia, northern and south-eastern South Sudan, much of northern, eastern, and coastal Kenya, much of Burundi, and in north-western parts of Tanzania.
