Rainfall
- Moderately wet to severely wetter than usual conditions observed in most parts of Sudan, northern parts of South Sudan, scattered parts in western, central, south-western and southeastern Ethiopia, northwestern Somalia, southern and northern Tanzania, highland of western Kenya, Lake Victoria basin sides of Kenya, Uganda and Tanzania, western Burundi and Rwanda.
- Usual rainfall conditions observed in most parts of central Tanzania, central Rwanda, southern and northwestern Burundi, central Kenya, most parts of southeastern, northwestern and northeastern Uganda and most parts of Ethiopia.
- Moderately dry to severely drier than usual conditions observed in most parts of southern and southeastern parts of South Sudan, central and south-western parts of Uganda, costal, lower and upper eastern parts of Kenya, most parts of southern and northern Somalia, scattered parts in southern and central Tanzania.
