Rainfall
- Heavy to moderate rainfall between 50 - 100 mm was observed in western and southern Tanzania.
- Light rainfall between 25 - 50 mm was observed in Burundi, and northwest and central parts of Tanzania.
- Rainfall between 5 - 25 mm was observed in central Eritrea, northern and southwestern parts of Ethiopia, southern parts of Uganda, a few places western and central parts of Kenya, over much of Rwanda, and in northern and central parts of Tanzania.
- Usual dry (usually dry in this time of season) was observed everywhere in Sudan, South Sudan, several parts of Ethiopia, Djibouti, Eritrea, Somalia, northern Uganda, and Kenya
- Wetter than usual conditions were observed in isolated area in southern Tanzania.
- Usual rainfall conditions were observed in western and central parts of Uganda, eastern and southern Burundi, and western and southern Tanzania
- Drier than usual conditions were observed over several parts of central and southwest Ethiopia, most of Uganda, Rwanda, western Burundi, Kenya, northern and central Tanzania.
- Much drier than usual conditions were observed southeastern Kenya and over eastern and coastal parts of Tanzania.
- Moderately to severely wetter than usual conditions was not observed in any parts of the GHA
- Usual rainfall conditions were several parts of central and southwest Ethiopia, Uganda, much of central and eastern Kenya, in parts of eastern Burundi, and western and southern Tanzania.
- Moderately to severely drier than usual conditions were observed in Rwanda, western Burundi, in isolated areas in southwest and central Uganda, in western and southern parts of Kenya, and in several parts of north, central and eastern Tanzania.
