Beyond Awareness: Youth-Led Action for El Niño Preparedness
How can young people turn climate information into action? Join us for Beyond Awareness: Youth-Led Action for El Niño Preparedness, a webinar organised in collaboration with the Alliance for a Green Revolution in Africa (AGRA).
Focusing on the October–December (OND) rainfall season, the webinar will bring together youth leaders, climate scientists, agro-meteorologists, disaster-risk practitioners and other stakeholders to explore how youth-led initiatives can strengthen risk-informed preparedness, link early warning to early action, and enhance community resilience to El Niño-related risks.
Drawing on shared experiences and open discussion, participants will explore practical ways to turn climate information into timely action, so that communities can anticipate, manage and reduce climate-related risks.
