Co-production: Forecast Based Agricultural Advisories and Media Engagement
ICPAC, Uganda National Meteorological Authority (UNMA), and Kenya Meteorological Department (KMD), in collaboration with WMO, and FAO under ACREI project will hold a virtual Participatory Scenario Planning (PSP) workshop for Isingiro and Sembabule districts, Uganda, and Taita Taveta County, Kenya, for March to May (MAM) 2021 season on 4th and 5th March 2021 respectively.
The objective is to coproduce forecast based agricultural advisories and response strategies. The workshop will bring together various stakeholders in the agriculture and livestock value chains including farmer representatives.
