Participatory Scenario Planning (PSP) Training and Implementation for Kenya for OND 2019 Rainfall Forecast
The aim of the training was to strengthen the capacity of stakeholders in enabling access to, collective interpretation and understanding of seasonal climate forecasts and associated uncertainty into locally relevant information that is useful for agricultural decision making. Participants included end users of climate information: Farmers, pastoralists, farmer associations, county decision makers and planners, sustainable development practitioners, natural resource managers and local leaders.
