Temperature
- Warmer than usual conditions expected over most parts of the region.
- Cooler than normal conditions expected over few areas in Ethiopia, Kenya, and north-eastern Somalia.
- Normal to wetter than normal conditions expected over parts of western Tanzania.
Drier than usual conditions expected over Kenya, southern parts of Uganda, and most parts of Tanzania. The forecast has no confidence on expected conditions in Rwanda and Burundi.
