- Wetter than normal conditions expected over parts of north-western of Kenya, western Ethiopia, eastern Uganda, most parts of southern South Sudan, and parts of Rwanda and Burundi.
- Drier than usual conditions expected over eastern parts of Kenya, central and eastern Ethiopia, western Uganda, and parts of western Rwanda and northern Tanzania.
