- Normal to cooler than normal conditions are expected over the central, north-eastern and north-western areas of the country.
- Normal to wetter than normal conditions expected over southern coastal areas and parts of north-western Somalia.
- Drier than usual conditions expected over few areas in the southern parts of the country.
