- Wetter than normal conditions expected over parts of Kenya, south-eastern Ethiopia, eastern Uganda, most parts of Tanzania, and few places in Somalia.
- Drier than usual conditions expected over central parts of Ethiopia, western and southern Uganda, Burundi, and north-western Tanzania.
