- Normal to wetter than normal conditions expected over parts of Kenya, Somalia, southern Ethiopia, Uganda, eastern South Sudan, Rwanda and Burundi.
- Drier than usual conditions expected over northern Ethiopia, western South Sudan, and north-eastern Tanzania.
