Temperature
- Warmer than usual temperatures indicated over the whole region.
- Wetter than usual conditions expected over much of southern Ethiopia, Somalia, south-eastern South Sudan, Uganda, Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, north-western and northern coastal Tanzania.
- Drier than usual conditions expected over central to eastern South Sudan, southern to eastern Sudan, and isolated parts of central to north-eastern Ethiopia.
