- Usual temperature conditions are expected over a few areas in north-eastern Somalia and western Tanzania.
- Drier than usual conditions are expected over Kenya southern parts of Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, and Tanzania.
- Usual conditions are expected over western, southern and coastal Tanzania.
