Temperature
- Warmer than usual conditions are expected over much of Kenya, Uganda, Somalia, Ethiopia, South Sudan, eastern and western Tanzania, southern Burundi, eastern Sudan, and Djibouti.
- Usual temperature conditions are likely over central Tanzania, the Karamoja cluster region, eastern and central Ethiopia, northern Somalia; coastal, western and northern Sudan; and western Eritrea.
- Cooler than usual conditions are likely over Tigray area.
- Usual conditions are expected over most parts of Ethiopia, western and southern Kenya, areas in central to northern Somalia, Uganda, Rwanda, Burundi, and much of Tanzania.
- Drier than usual conditions are expected over northern and eastern Kenya, southern parts of Somalia, and western parts of Tanzania.
