- More than usual rainfall expected over isolated parts of southern Tanzania and eastern Burundi.
- Less than usual rainfall expected most over parts of Tanzania.
Exceptional rainfall
- Rainfall exceeding the 90th percentile expected over isolated areas in southern Tanzania.
Temperature anomalies
- Warmer than usual temperatures expected over most parts of the GHA.
Mean temperatures
- Moderate to high temperatures (20-32℃) expected over most parts of Tanzania, Kenya, Uganda, Somalia, South Sudan and eastern and southern regions of Sudan.
- Mild temperature conditions (less than 20℃) expected over north-western regions of Sudan, central and northern Ethiopia, northern Somalia, central to western Kenya.
Total rainfall
- Moderate rainfall (50-200mm) expected over parts of central to southern Tanzania and most parts of Burundi.
- Light rainfall (less than 50 mm) expected over most parts of Rwanda, and northern and western Tanzania.
