Headline: light to moderate rainfall over Burundi, Rwanda, Tanzania, most of Uganda and western Kenya, while the rest of the region is expected to remain dry.
- Moderate rainfall amounts, 50-100 mm is expected over much of Tanzania and Burundi and a few areas in western Kenya.
- Light rainfall amounts of up to 30 mm are expected in Rwanda, parts of central to southern Uganda, western Kenya and parts of northern and southern Tanzania.
- Dry conditions are expected over Sudan, South Sudan, Ethiopia, Djibouti, Somalia, northern & southeastern Kenya and northern Uganda.
