- Moderate Temperatures between 20 - 32℃ are expected over much of eastern and north western Kenya Somalia, south-eastern ad north-eastern Ethiopia, Djibouti, Eritrea, southern and eastern Sudan, South Sudan, much of Uganda, Tanzania, and Somalia.
- Low temperatures below 20℃ are expected over Rwanda, Burundi, central Kenya, southern parts of Uganda, isolated areas in Tanzania, much of central and northern Ethiopia, northern coastal Somalia, and much of northern Sudan.

Headline: Tropical cyclone Gati, which has made land fall in Northeast Somalia on 22nd Nov, has weakened to a depression, and yet expected to impact parts of Djibouti and Somalia up to 26th November.
- Exceptionally heavy Rainfall (within top 1% in record) with a total rainfall of above 200 mm is expected in parts of north-west and north-east of Somalia, south-east Rwanda, and isolated regions in central Tanzania and central Kenya. Stockholders are advised to take measures to mitigate the impacts.
- Very heavy rainfall (within the 5% in record) 100 - 200 mm is expected over central Kenya, northern and western Tanzania.
- Moderate rainfall 50 - 100 mm is expected in much of Somalia, Kenya, Rwanda, Burundi, central Tanzania, parts of eastern Uganda, and southern and south-eastern Somalia.
- Rainfall less than 30 mm is expected in much of Uganda, southern Tanzania, parts of southern South Sudan, and northern Ethiopia. The rest of the region; much of South Sudan, Sudan, and parts of Eritrea will remain dry.
Note: 1 mm of rainfall is equivalent to 1 liter of rainfall per square meter.
