Warmer than usually minimum temperature recorded in northwestern and northeastern Sudan, most parts of central, western and northern Ethiopia, southern, central and northeastern parts of South Sudan, nearly everywhere in Somalia, Kenya and Uganda.
Colder than usual minimum temperature recorded in most parts of northern, southern and western Sudan, northwestern Eritrea, southeastern Ethiopia, western and eastern Tanzania.

50 – 100 mm of rainfall observed in much parts of central parts of Sudan, costal parts of Kenya and costal parts of southern Somalia.
10 – 50 mm of rainfall observed in southern and southwestern parts of Sudan, much parts of Eritrea, Djibouti, eastern Ethiopia, northwestern Kenya and southern Somalia and southwestern Uganda.
Dry conditions(usually dry in this time of season) observed in extreme northern part of Sudan, southeastern Ethiopia, northern Somalia, northeastern Kenya, almost everywhere in most Rwanda, Burundi and Tanzania
