Light rainfall between 11 and 100 mm
- Observed along the coastal and northwestern parts of Tanzania, western Rwanda, much of Uganda, western and coastal Kenya, the southern coastal and northern parts of Somalia, several parts of Ethiopia, southeastern South Sudan, northern Sudan, Djibouti, and western Eritrea.
