Moderate to heavy rainfall (200-300 mm) observed in the highlands of south-western Ethiopia, western and Nyanza counties in Kenya, everywhere in Rwanda and Burundi, Lake Victoria basin, and western Tanzania.
Moderate rainfall (100 - 200 mm) observed in southern and central Ethiopia, most parts of Uganda, southern parts of South Sudan, south-eastern and central Tanzania, the highlands of western and Nyanza counties in Kenya, central and south-eastern Tanzania.
Moderate rainfall (50 - 100 mm) observed over southern parts of South Sudan, northern and eastern Ethiopia, and eastern Tanzania.
Light to moderate rainfall (10 - 50 mm) observed in central parts of South Sudan, eastern and costal parts of Kenya, southern Somalia, and most parts of Ethiopia.
Dry conditions (usual during this time of the year) in much of Sudan and north-western Eritrea.
