Rainfall
Moderate to heavy rainfall between 51 - 200 mm was observed in the western, central and southern Tanzania.
Moderate rainfall between 26 - 50 mm was observed in much of Burundi and in northwestern parts of Tanzania.
Light rainfall between 5 - 25 mm was observed in parts of northwestern coast of Eritrea, in a few parts of southwestern Ethiopia, in southern parts of Uganda, in much of Rwanda, and in northeastern Tanzania
Usual dry rainfall was observed in much of Sudan, South Sudan, South Sudan, Djibouti, several parts of Eritrea, in much of Ethiopia, Somalia, in northern, central western and eastern Uganda, and in several parts of Kenya.
Wetter than usual conditions were observed a few places in eastern, southern and western Tanzania.
Usual rainfall conditions were in several parts of Rwanda, in several parts of northwestern, central western and southern Tanzania, and in eastern Burundi.
No rainfall conditions were observed in much of Sudan, South Sudan, western Eritrea, Djibouti, Somalia, several parts of western, northwestern and eastern Ethiopia, in much of central and northern Uganda, and in much of north and eastern Kenya.
Drier than usual conditions were observed in southern parts of Eritrea, in northeastern, central and southwestern Ethiopia, in much of southern Uganda, in western and central Kenya, in a few parts of western Rwanda, in several parts of Burundi, and in northeastern Tanzania.
Moderately to severely wet conditions were observed in a few areas in western, southern and eastern Tanzania.
Moderately to severely dry conditions were observed in southern Uganda, in western Burundi, in western and central parts of Kenya, and in a few places in northwestern and northeastern Tanzania.
No rainfall conditions were observed in Sudan, South Sudan, Somalia, western Eritrea, in much of Djibouti, western and eastern Ethiopia, in northern Uganda, in much of northern and eastern Kenya.
Usual rainfall conditions were observed in much of the rest of the region parts of coastal and southern Eritrea, northeastern, central and southwestern Ethiopia, in parts of central and southern coast of Kenya, in much of Rwanda, in eastern Burundi, and in several parts of Tanzania.
