- Heavy rainfall (between 100-200 mm) observed over southern Tanzania.
- Moderate rainfall (between 50-100 mm) observed in most parts of Burundi, and southern and central Tanzania.
- Light rainfall (between 25-50 mm) observed in most parts of central Kenya, Lake Victoria region of Tanzania, and southern Uganda.
- Rainfall range between 5-25 mm observed over north-eastern, costal and western Kenya, south-western Ethiopia, central Uganda, and northern Rwanda.
- Usual dry (usually dry in this time of season) conditions almost everywhere in Sudan, western Eritrea, south-eastern and north-western Ethiopia, central and northern parts of South Sudan, and northern and central Somalia.
- Much wetter than usual conditions observed over eastern and north-eastern Kenya, and isolated areas in southern Tanzania.
- Wetter than usual conditions observed in most parts of southern and central Tanzania.
- Usual rainfall conditions observed in northern Tanzania and most parts of Burundi.
- Moderately drier than usual conditions observed in most parts of northern Uganda, southern parts of South Sudan, western and costal parts of Kenya, most parts of Rwanda, and north-eastern Tanzania.
- Much drier than usual conditions observed over isolated areas in northern Uganda, southern Kenya, and northern Tanzania.
- Moderately wetter to severely wettest than usual conditions observed in eastern and north-eastern Kenya, and southern and central Tanzania.
- Usual rainfall conditions observed over in most parts of northern Tanzania, eastern Rwanda, northern Burundi, most parts of southern and central Uganda, south-eastern South Sudan, and central and western Ethiopia.
