The South Sudan Roadmap on Anticipatory Action (2025–2030) outlines the country's strategy for institutionalizing anticipatory action to reduce the impacts of climate- and conflict-related hazards. Built around six strategic pillars, the roadmap strengthens early warning systems, preparedness, financing, coordination, and inclusive risk management, supporting South Sudan's transition from reactive disaster response to proactive resilience-building.
