The IGAD Climate Prediction and Applications Centre (ICPAC), in collaboration with Member States and partners, will convene the 73rd Greater Horn of Africa Climate Outlook Forum (GHACOF 73). The forum will present the regional seasonal climate outlook for June to September (JJAS) 2026 season and support early warning and preparedness across the Greater Horn of Africa.
