This report marks the outcome of the Participatory Scenario Planning (PSP) that was done in Kiboga Uganda for the March-May 2024 season. With the uncertainty and rapid climatic changes, participatory scenario planning emerges as a powerful tool for resilience-building and proactive decision-making. By bringing together diverse voices, we sought to unearth insights, identify challenges, and explore opportunities that lie ahead for Kiboga and its inhabitants.
